This website introduces Caprigrow and accepts launch-list registrations. It is not a guarantee that a service, feature, territory or launch date will be available.
2. Service agreements
If Caprigrow later offers you services, the scope, timing, fees, approvals, ownership, cancellation terms and other commercial terms will be set out separately. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
3. Accurate use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material or impersonate another person. You may check only public websites you are permitted to assess.
4. Content and concepts
Caprigrow owns or licenses the website content, design and media. The website demonstrations are original explanatory concepts, not past client work or proof of a client relationship.
5. Website health reports
The Caprigrow website-health score is a bounded, heuristic assessment of observed public-page signals. It is not Google ranking data, a complete security test, legal advice or a guarantee of traffic or rankings. Results may be incomplete where pages block or require rendering, login or third-party data.
6. Paid digital reports
Where checkout is available, the displayed price and contents apply to the selected audit token and website. Access is delivered after verified payment. Because the issue inventory and handbook are digital products supplied immediately, refund rights may be limited where permitted by law; this does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Third parties
Hosting, forms, checkout, domains, email and other services may depend on third-party providers with their own terms and availability. Caprigrow does not control those providers.
8. No unsupported promises
Search rankings, uninterrupted availability, legal clearance, provider approval and future service availability are not guaranteed. Domain and brand-risk screening is not legal advice.
9. Changes
These terms may change as Caprigrow moves toward launch. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
